Locally owned and operated in the Treasure Valley, Next Star aims to provide the highest level of customer service by helping your business optimize its workflow and increase productivity. We accomplish this by providing state of the art self-rising desks to encourage movement throughout the work day. As professional individuals we know that most of our client base spends 6-8 hours a day in a chair, with little to no movement and we’re here to change that! Whether you’re looking to spend more time out of your chair or are looking for something that is just more comfortable to sit on, we have what you need to help your body stay healthy and alert! Our products are designed to help you obtain the results you want at a budget you can afford.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We currently only ship to the 48 continental United States. 

 

How do I return an item?

 

To return an item please contact us at office@nextstaroffice.com. We will issue an RMA and provide instructions for returning the product to our warehouse. Any undamaged product returned to us is subject to a 30% restocking fee, and shipping is nonrefundable, and the purchaser is responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse.

 

 

What is your returns policy?

 

We are happy to accept a return within 30 days of your order being delivered. Please see our Policies page for full return details.

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information for all the packages in your order. 

 

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

Once your receive your tracking information you can contact the carrier that your packages have been shipped with directly.

 

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer standard delivery and installation. Our installation services are a great way to make sure your new ergonomic office furniture is assemble correctly and effortlessly and start at just $79 for desks and $39 for chairs. Contact Us for more information about our local assembly service.
