Returns

 

Please email our customer service team at office@nextstarenterprises.com to discuss and obtain our Return Authorization Number. All returns must be approved by Next Star Office before returning the merchandise.

You must have the original packaging for return shipping. Failure to keep original packaging will result in a refusal of initiating a return. 

The purchaser is responsible for the initial shipping costs plus the return shipping as well duties or taxes at customs (if any). The restocking fee is 30% of the order.

Next Star Office reserves the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee for any product not returned in like-new condition. No refund will be issued if the product has been damaged, altered, or abused. No returns after 30 days.

Shipping

 

We offer ground shipping to the 48 contiguous US states. Shipping fees start at $39 per item and may vary depending on the product. When you're ready to complete your order, simply input your address and you will see the shipping & handling fee. Once it ships, it usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Usually we are able to ship orders within 3-5 days after the order is placed. 

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment.Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. The best way to find the location of your order during shipping is by using the tracking information located in your Shipment Confirmation email. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us.

Local Assembly Service

 

We offer professional assembly of your new ergonomic office furniture in the Boise, Idaho metro area starting at $79 per desk and $39 per chair. If you would like this service please contact us and let us know. After your order arrives we will contact you to schedule the install of your new office furniture.
